Tiffany Tan

Tiffany Tan was born in Singapore. She began her violin lessons at the age of six. She received her musical education in Singapore, Great Britain (Purcell School of Music) and Poland (Chopin Secondary School of Music).

Tiffany Tan is a winner of top prizes at competitions such as the Kocian International Violin Competition, the Georg Philip Telemann International Violin Competition, the 4th Heinrich Wilhelm Ernst and Karol Szymanowski International Violin Competition, and the 1st Polish National Competition "Violin Talents".

She has given concerts in Switzerland, Great Britain, Poland, Singapore, the Czech Republic and Russia and has performed as a soloist with the Bern Symphony Orchestra, the Wolfgang Chamber Orchestra of Philippines, the Slobodkina Symphony Orchestra in Moscow and the Orchestra of the Music Theater in Poznan.

In 2016, she recorded her first CD album "The Sound of Wood". In 2018, she completed her bachelor's degree with distinction at the I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan under Professor Bartosz Bryła. From 2018, she studied with Professor Monika Urbaniak-Lisik. In 2020 she completed the Master Music Performance and in 2023 the Master Specialized Performance Soloist with distinction.

Tiffany is a member of the Aventurin Quartet, which is coached by Patrick Jüdt and Corina Belcea.
